Painting works for the Heidelberg administrative building extension

Summary

The Rhein-Neckar-Kreis construction and property enterprise is procuring painting and coating works for the extension of its administrative building at Römerstraße 2–4 in Heidelberg. The works cover the ground floor through the third floor and the basement-to-third-floor stairwell, including concrete glazing, painted and glass-fibre wall finishes, plasterboard ceilings, steel supports and railings, and surface protection. The bill of quantities includes, among other items, about 1,120 m² of concrete glazing and 3,610 m² of glass-fibre wall covering.
