Tender detail
Risk analysis
Summary
The tender concerns the preparation of a cross-border risk analysis for Saxony and the Czech Republic under an Interreg project. The work covers a comparison of Saxon and Czech risk-analysis methods and nine subject areas: flooding, railway accidents, heat and drought with vegetation-fire response, chemical accidents and hazardous-substance releases, landslides, major events, standardised BBK-based risk analyses, their integration into alarm and dispatch arrangements and operational plans, and a final summary. The contractor must produce analyses, concepts, action plans, maps, operational guidance, template documents, training materials and a 15–20-page final report, and present the results at a final workshop. The work will mainly be performed in Saxony and in the Czech regions of Liberec, Ústí and Karlovy Vary. The electronic tender must be received by 13 October 2026 at 12:00, and the tender must remain binding until 30 November 2026. The contract starts after award, the risk analysis must be completed within 10 months at the latest, and the contract ends on 30 November 2027. Evaluation considers price, an implementation concept of up to three pages and the quality of the project team; an optional workload of up to 80 daily rates is also available.
