High-power erbium fiber laser

Summary

The tender is for the supply of one customised high-power erbium fiber laser to develop research infrastructure. The laser will support the development of fiber-based ultrashort-pulse laser systems with high pulse energy and high average power, and experiments generating secondary radiation through nonlinear frequency-conversion processes. The bidder must offer equipment meeting the mandatory technical requirements, complete the technical details table, state the manufacturer’s part number and provide a binding delivery time as a whole number of calendar weeks from contract award. Failure to state a delivery time may result in exclusion. Price and the product’s technical features each account for 50% of the evaluation score. The offer must include a company profile, turnover figures for 2022, 2023 and 2024 (and 2025 if available), and at least three references for comparable projects dated 2023 or later. Signed declarations concerning exclusion grounds and Russia-related restrictions, as well as the export-classification form, are also required. Incomplete documents or failure to meet mandatory technical requirements may result in exclusion.
