Framework Agreement for Hygiene Paper and Dispenser Systems

Summary

The contract covers the supply of toilet and hygiene paper and the supply and installation of “Tubeless” hygiene-paper dispenser systems at three rehabilitation clinics of the southern Bavaria branch of the German pension insurance institution, located in Bad Reichenhall, Tegernsee and Gaißach. The initial installation must equip the clinics’ sanitary rooms and other required locations and be completed no later than 10 weeks after the contract begins. Paper will be supplied against orders within a maximum of 5 working days. The four-year maximum quantities are 3,472 packs of hand-towel rolls and 6,696 packs of toilet paper; there are no binding minimum purchase quantities. The contract starts on 1 May 2027 for two years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it by a further two years by giving notice by 31 January 2029. The bidder must submit the required suitability and sanctions declarations, provide evidence of relevant registration and proper payment of taxes and social security contributions where requested, and ensure that personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations.
