Commvault Licences

Summary

University Hospital Münster and its group companies are procuring the conversion of maintenance arrangements for existing Commvault licences, including their renewal and expansion through a CASP service. The contract period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031. For five years, the existing licences to be renewed comprise 20,000 per-user Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery licences for email and cloud applications, 2,700 licences per front-end terabyte, and 170 virtual-machine licence packs, each covering 10 virtual machines. The quantity of per-user email and cloud application licences is also to be increased by 2,000. Bidders must hold Commvault “Elite” status and “First-Level-Support (CASP) – Foundation” status. Among bids that meet all mandatory requirements, the lowest net-priced bid will be selected. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 12:00.
