Conversion of the Old Weaving Mill into a Creative Campus – Ventilation and Cooling Systems (Lot 14)

Summary

The City of Finsterwalde is procuring Lot 14 for ventilation and cooling installations as part of converting the former Alte Weberei building into a creative campus. The works include air-handling equipment and ductwork, cooling generation and distribution systems, an ice-storage unit, fan-coil units, associated piping and insulation, commissioning, testing and documentation. A four-year maintenance offer for the installed ventilation technology is also included.
