Active After-School Care Prevention Project

Summary

The contract concerns a movement and health-promotion prevention project for children aged 6–11 in after-school care facilities at primary schools throughout Saxony-Anhalt. In 2027 and 2028, 200 activities must be delivered each year. Each activity lasts 75 minutes and may involve up to 30 children; two trainers are required to lead the session. The service provider must independently recruit the after-school facilities, ensure the active participation of children and educators, provide practical movement guidance, and submit monthly activity and accounting records together with an annual report. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and ends on 31 December 2028. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 16 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires a relevant reference covering at least one year and 150 activities, certified trainers, the required liability insurance and suitable operational resources.
