Integrating and Empowering People (MIS)

Summary

The tender concerns social services aimed at integrating and empowering employable benefit recipients over the age of 25 who receive benefits under the German Social Code II and have been identified as needing support to stabilize their ability to work. The target group may include people facing mental health difficulties, illness, limited educational qualifications, challenges in independent living and everyday activities, debt, addiction or psychosocial problems. The service is intended to strengthen participants’ personal resources and support their transition into training or employment on the open labour market. The submission deadline is 12 October 2026.
