Flotte Hamburg GmbH & Co. KG is procuring the collection, transport, handover, and hazardous-material-compliant recovery and disposal of four contaminated floating vessels from the Port of Hamburg to a treatment facility. The work comprises transport and recovery/disposal, including dismantling, separation and sorting of materials, recycling where feasible, disposal of non-recyclable waste, and supporting records. The vessels contain materials including asbestos- and heavy-metal-bearing coatings and possible mineral-oil residues; the pricing schedule includes 620 tonnes of steel scrap.
