Duty scheduling software for the Karlsruhe Fire Department (BD26006)

Summary

The City of Karlsruhe is procuring rented duty-scheduling software for its fire department, which has approximately 350 employees working under at least ten different scheduling and working-time models. The software will replace existing Access, Excel and manual processes, support real-time deployment assignments and leave and working-time workflows, provide a staff app, and transfer payroll-relevant data to SAP.
