Production, personalisation and dispatch-ready preparation of electronic health cards and PIN/PUK letters

Summary

IKK eGK-Beschaffung 2026 GbR is procuring the production, personalisation, secure data processing and dispatch-ready preparation of electronic health insurance cards and associated PIN/PUK letters for participating health insurers. For the first 48 months, the estimated quantities are 4,490,606 standard G2.1 cards, 1,924,545 rPVC G2.1 cards and 3,812,299 PIN/PUK letters, including 381,230 letters for delivery with recipient identification. The scope also includes optional insertion of a main flyer and, with it, one insurer-specific supplementary flyer; the estimated quantities are 5,132,121 main flyers and 2,420,000 supplementary flyers. Regular production is due to start on 1 August 2027; the stated quantities are estimates, not minimum purchase commitments.
