OpenStack Support Services Framework Agreement

Summary

Dataport AöR is procuring support and operational assistance for its highly available cloud infrastructure based on OpenStack and Yaook, with Rook-based Ceph clusters as primary storage. The single-lot framework agreement covers regular second- and third-level support, critical-incident assistance, technical analysis, escalation and reporting, with optional advice, root-cause analysis, change and upgrade support, workshops, knowledge transfer, exit assistance and development services. The initial term is 24 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with up to two optional 12-month extensions; optional services are estimated at 240 hours and capped at 360 hours for the full agreement term.
