Delft-FEWS Configuration 2026–2030

Summary

The Federal Institute of Hydrology is procuring IT services to update and further develop its Delft-FEWS forecasting system for inland waterways from 2026 to 2030. The work covers planning and implementing configuration changes, integrating models and data sources, improving the automated test environment, supporting a client-server system, documentation, consultations and staff training. The single-provider framework agreement has a maximum volume of 2,500 hours; an estimated 1,100 hours may need to be performed at the client’s offices in Koblenz. No minimum volume is guaranteed.
