Piping materials for the Wittenburg compressor station

Summary

The procurement covers the manufacture and supply of piping materials for the new Wittenburg compressor station: station pipes, bends, tees, basket-type pipe ends, flanges, reducers and RTJ gaskets in nominal sizes DN 400–DN 1200. The supplier must provide the materials with the required technical documentation and arrange transport to the delivery location in Wittenburg. The planned delivery period is calendar week 25 of 2027; the contract sets 25 June 2027 as the latest delivery date for all components, and offering a later delivery time will result in exclusion. The materials must comply with the technical specification and relevant European and DIN standards, including DVGW G 463, DIN EN 10253-2 and AD 2000 requirements. Offers are evaluated on price (80 points) and delivery time (20 points). Two delivery-time points are deducted for each started week of delay; no delivery-time points are awarded for a delay of ten weeks or more. The offer submission deadline is 6 November 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must demonstrate average net turnover of at least EUR 2,000,000 from comparable activities and provide the required references and manufacturer certificates.
