Tender detail
Tax advisory services
Summary
The procurement is for tax advisory services for a university. Fees will be based on hours actually performed and evidenced. The price offer must state hourly rates for a partner, managing director or person responsible for the engagement; other regulated professionals (tax adviser, auditor or lawyer); a lawyer; and an assistant or consultant. The price comparison uses weighted quantities of 1, 6, 3 and 5 hours respectively; these are evaluation weights, not guaranteed order volumes. A supplementary per-person, per-day fee must be quoted for on-site work. It counts for 5% of the price evaluation, and up to 12 on-site visits per year are assumed. Travel and other incidental costs must be included in this fee. The bidder must complete and submit the price sheet, company-data form and declaration of commitment to pay the required wages and minimum wage. Employees assigned to the contract must receive at least the statutory minimum wage, and temporary agency workers must receive the same pay as the bidder’s employees for equivalent work. These obligations must be passed on contractually to subcontractors and temporary-work agencies. The offer opening is scheduled for 12 October 2026 at 12:00.
