Framework agreement for installation, transport and disposal of decentralised IT systems
Summary
The tender covers the installation, on-site assembly and connection, transport, removal and secure disposal of decentralised IT systems at public offices in Baden-Württemberg. The systems include tower and rack servers, uninterruptible power supplies and storage systems. Before delivery, installation must follow the buyer's instructions and supplied software image in an offline environment fully isolated from the contractor's corporate network. The work includes labelling, Cat7 cabling, on-site installation or dismantling, documentation and acceptance. Data media and system components must be erased or destroyed at the specified security levels, with evidence of compliant disposal provided. The estimated quantities during the minimum contract period are 1,000 installation, assembly and transport services; 100 transport services; 100 assembly and transport services; 500 dismantling and transport services; and 500 dismantling, transport and disposal services. These are estimates only: there is no minimum purchase commitment, and actual call-off volumes may be lower or different. The agreement initially runs for two years, starting no earlier than 9 January 2027, with two possible one-year extensions at the buyer's option. The maximum contract value is EUR 400,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 476,000 including VAT. Bids are due by 3 November 2026 at 09:00. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternative bids are not permitted. The bidder must have sufficient capacity to serve up to ten locations per day concurrently, at least two staff members with the required security clearance by project start, and qualified coordination and technical personnel. The technician installing certain storage systems must hold the NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer qualification. The bidder must also provide secure, lockable, alarm-protected storage space, vehicles, tools, cables, and the required documentation and evidence. The bid must comply with the tender documents, which may not be amended or supplemented.
