Summary

The tender concerns the provision and supply of temporary workers for flexible on-call winter road maintenance on motorways. The bidder must provide suitable workers with the required driving licence and occupational medical examinations who can be ready for deployment within 30 to 45 minutes when called. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 13 October 2026 at 09:00. A bidder may tender for one or several lots, but no more than three lots may be awarded to one bidder; variant tenders are not permitted and price is the only stated award criterion. Service delivery must start no later than 1 December 2026 and be completed by 31 March 2027.
