The tender concerns the Open-House licensing procedure for approving distributors for the openDesk ecosystem. ZenDiS GmbH runs an open licensing process in which distributors are admitted as a link between the openDesk portfolio and the end customer distribution network. Admitted distributors assemble software component bundles and time-limited subscriptions, build a network of IT partners and sell offers through this network. The procedure is not a procurement procedure and there is no competitive selection, scoring or ranking of applicants. Any applicant meeting all disclosed licensing requirements will be admitted on uniform, non-negotiable terms. The number of authorizations is not limited.
