Operating services for refugee accommodation

Summary

The tender covers operation of the Berlin Arrival Centre, including accommodation management, reception and short-term accommodation of assigned persons, social counselling and support, supply services and facility management. Catering is excluded. The expected contract period is 1 March 2027 to 31 May 2031, with two possible one-year extensions; relocation to the former Tegel Airport site may be required. Bidders must demonstrate average annual turnover of at least EUR 5,000,000 in the relevant field, the required insurance cover, at least two suitable references, sufficient staffing and the required team at contract commencement. Laundry services may not be subcontracted. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 2 October 2026 at 09:00; price is the only award criterion.
