Technical building-services design for the energy-efficient renovation of the gymnasium at Pestalozzi Grammar School in Guben – Lot 2

Summary

The County of Spree-Neiße is procuring technical building-services design for the energy-efficient renovation of the gymnasium at Pestalozzi Grammar School in Guben. The services cover HOAI service phases 1–9, commissioned in stages, for wastewater, water and gas systems, heating, ventilation and electrical systems. Phases 1–3 are scheduled for completion by 15 March 2027; phases 4–6 and 7–9 are planned for subsequent call-off periods in 2027. The total gross budget available for construction and planning is EUR 2,184,780.09.
