Supply of a 200 kVA mobile standby generator on a tandem trailer for Bremen Fire Service

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of a new, fully operational mobile standby generator with at least 200 kVA prime power on a road-approved tandem trailer for Bremen Fire Service. The complete system must include the generator, trailer, electrical connections, cable system, accessories, documentation, testing records and a 100 kW external load bank. It must support both direct power supply and backup connection to fixed electrical installations. The equipment must meet the stated technical specifications, including 400/231 V, 50 Hz, at least 10% short-term overload capacity, a water-cooled four-stroke diesel engine of at least 180 kW, EU Stage V emissions compliance, SCR after-treatment with AdBlue, automatic particulate-filter regeneration, required protection and switching systems, and the specified sockets, high-current cables and cable reel. The trailer must have a maximum permissible gross weight of 3,500 kg and the operational dimensions may not exceed 6,000 × 2,100 × 2,550 mm. The supplier must provide German-language operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, technical documents, test and measurement records, electronic documentation, conformity and CE declarations, and registration documents. A documented full functional test is required before delivery, followed by commissioning and at least 2–3 hours of user training. Delivery of the operational system is due no later than 15 months after the order, and the warranty must last at least 24 months without a mandatory maintenance contract. The tenderer must also provide evidence of comparable experience, financial information, available staff and compliance with the technical requirements.
