Appendix 3 to the contract for maintenance and inspection

Summary

The tender concerns the use of electronic invoicing (E-Rechnung) under the maintenance and inspection contract. Invoices must be issued and transmitted electronically and must include data required under ERechV, such as Leitweg-Identifikationsnummer, payment terms or due date, the bank details of the payer, and the De-Mail or e-mail address of the issuer. The costs of receiving and processing electronic invoices are covered by the agreed contract fee. The parties agree that invoices not issued and transmitted according to ERechV do not create a due date or cause delay for the client.
