The City of Zittau is procuring cleaning and related operational checks for three public toilet facilities in the city from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend annually for a total contract period of up to four years. The work includes daily cleaning of the toilet areas, weekly cleaning of technical rooms, care of stainless-steel fittings, as-needed cleaning of façades and surrounding areas, snow clearance from access routes in winter, and annual gutter cleaning.
