Framework agreement for the disposal of food waste

Summary

The procurement covers a two-year framework agreement for services at two catering facilities in Stuttgart, with possible extensions of two further 12-month periods. It is divided into three lots: collection of used cooking fat; collection and disposal of food waste and category 3 animal by-products; and emptying grease separators. The services are required at the Schwabenzentrum restaurant, Eberhardstraße 33, and the Town Hall restaurant, Marktplatz 1.
