Summary

Kreis Paderborn is procuring an organisational review and subsequent organisational development for its Department 13 IT Services. The review covers units 13.1, 13.2 and 13.4, comprising approximately 38 staff and 39 full-time equivalents; school IT (unit 13.3) is excluded. The work includes stakeholder and service analysis, review of roles and processes, resource and benchmarking analysis, and a future organisational model with prioritised implementation measures and a roadmap.
