Maintenance of building control and technical systems at Anni-Braun School

Summary

Bezirk Oberbayern is procuring regular maintenance and inspection of the measurement, control and regulation systems and other building services at Anni-Braun School in Munich. The three-year service covers four gas alarm systems, 197 motorised and 19 passive fire dampers, 90 volume flow controllers and 45 measuring crosses. Repair and fault-response work, including programming and replacement of fire-damper actuators, may be ordered as needed; the contract includes an option to extend the maintenance services for one additional year. The procurement is not divided into lots.
