Security Operation Center (SOC) & Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR)

Summary

The Westphalia-Lippe Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians is procuring cybersecurity services under two lots: 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) readiness. The DFIR lot includes an annual reserve of approximately 20 person-days for incident response; unused hours may, by agreement, be converted into services such as penetration testing, business continuity management, security concept development or vulnerability assessments. The framework agreement will initially run for three years, with up to three optional one-year extensions.
