Acceptance and recovery of mixed scrap metal for the City of Jena

Summary

Kommunalservice Jena is procuring the takeover and recovery of approximately 1,100 tonnes of mixed scrap metal per year from private households and other sources in Jena. The single-lot contract covers the 2027 service period and includes preparation of the scrap for recovery and proper recovery or disposal of separated waste fractions. The material may either be delivered to a suitable acceptance facility within 12 km of the buyer’s recycling centre or collected from the buyer’s site.
