The Zentral- und Landesbibliothek Berlin is procuring the provision and operation of a hosted Open-Xchange-based groupware SaaS solution, including directory-service setup, migration of existing data, support and maintenance. The solution covers email, calendars, contacts, tasks and webmail; the estimated scale is approximately 650 mailboxes, with migration covering about 644 mailboxes and 1,500 GB of data. The procurement is not divided into lots.
