Building Automation System

Summary

The City of Augsburg is procuring the supply, installation, programming and commissioning of the building automation system for the new West fire station. The system will automate the heating, three ventilation systems, cooling including split cooling for electrical rooms, and technical compressed-air equipment; the scope includes around 1,350 input/output data points, system management and operator controls, a fire-service control panel, fire-alarm safety-chain integration, building management visualisation, documentation, instruction and warranty services. The works are scheduled from calendar week 1 of 2027 to calendar week 33 of 2028, and the procurement is not divided into lots.
