Scaffolding works and construction site setup

Summary

BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, acting for the State of Berlin, is procuring scaffolding works and construction-site facilities at Dominicusstrasse 12 in Berlin. The works include office, welfare, sanitary and storage containers, tree protection and construction fencing with lockable gates, as well as working and protective scaffolding, stair access and a hoist for people and materials. Scaffolding will be installed in three phases: 725 m² in phase 1, 2,400 m² in phase 2, and a scaffold extension and monitored site turnstile in phase 3. The contract is not divided into lots; works are scheduled to start on 7 December 2026 and be completed by 13 December 2027.
