Framework agreement for routine and glass cleaning at the Münster office building

Summary

Wald und Holz NRW is procuring cleaning services for its building at Albrecht-Thaer-Straße 34 in Münster under a two-lot framework agreement. Lot 1 covers routine cleaning of 2,593.59 m² of office and usable space; Lot 2 covers interior and exterior cleaning of approximately 2,430 m² of windows, glass doors and glass walls twice a year, with additional cleaning as needed. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027, run initially until 31 December 2029 and may be extended until 31 December 2030.
