Plinth refurbishment at Kerpen-Brüggen rescue station

Summary

Kolpingstadt Kerpen is procuring repairs to damaged exterior plinth finishes at the Kerpen-Brüggen rescue station. The works include removing existing render, protective layers, insulation and waterproofing, then installing new waterproofing, insulation and concrete plinth-panel cladding; the existing render is to be repaired in a 50 cm-wide strip where it meets the plinth cladding. Samples of existing building components and materials are to be taken before work, and construction waste collected and disposed of.
