Framework agreement for metal and steel construction works (LB 660)

Summary

The City Administration of Germersheim is procuring a framework agreement for metal and steel construction work across all municipal properties, including fabrication, supply, installation, repair and maintenance of structures, as well as minor, urgent and, where required, emergency work. The agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and may be extended by one year, but not beyond 31 December 2029. The estimated annual volume is approximately EUR 85,000 excluding VAT; the framework agreement does not guarantee orders of any fixed value.
