Digital Storage Oscilloscope

Summary

Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences is procuring one digital storage oscilloscope, including delivery. The instrument must have four channels, 1 GHz bandwidth, a 4 GS/s sampling rate, 200 MPts memory depth, 12-bit and 15-bit ERES resolution, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen. Required features include USB Host/Device and LAN interfaces, triggering and decoding for I2C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN protocols, SPO technology, a web interface, a 50 MHz signal generator and a 16-channel logic analyser; the reference model is the Siglent SDS3104X HD or equivalent.
