Demolition and masonry works for renovation of the teaching pool at Gittelde school

Summary

The Municipality of Bad Grund (Harz) is procuring demolition and masonry works for the renovation of the teaching swimming pool at the Gittelde school, together with works related to creating an accessible toilet and shower facility. The works include removing a suspended ceiling, masonry, flooring and tiles, taking out sanitary fixtures, forming penetrations and wall chases, and carrying out masonry and plastering. The scope includes, among other items, demolition of 50 m² of ceiling and 23 m² of internal walls, as well as masonry and plaster repairs.
