Summary

STESAD GmbH is procuring metal construction works for the conversion of a building in Dresden on behalf of the City of Dresden. The work comprises 117 m² of façade greening trellis, retrofitting operators to two swing doors, one double-leaf tubular-frame door, 13 m of child-height handrail, inspection and maintenance of nine existing doors, and removal and reinstallation of three hold-open systems. Maintenance will run for four years, and the works are scheduled from 18 January to 1 September 2027. The procurement is not divided into lots.
