Façade, window and door works at the student residences at 22 and 24 Budapester Street – Lot 4

Summary

Dresden Student Services (Studentenwerk Dresden) is procuring façade, window and door works for the construction of a second escape route at the student residences at 22 and 24 Budapester Street, under Lot 4. The works include partial removal of the existing façade elements and installation of new elements on every floor from the ground floor to the 10th floor and at the roof parapet, including outward-opening escape doors. The planned works period is 7 December 2026 to 20 September 2027.
