Improving the Water Quality of a Restored Outdoor Swimming Pond – Pond Renovation and Site Redevelopment

Summary

The City of Falkenstein is procuring renovation works for a swimming pond and its surroundings across a recreational area of approximately 8,230 m². The works include dredging the approximately 2,900 m² pond, installing a new pond liner, reshaping the banks, and restoring the existing gravel and structures. The recreational facilities and landscaping will also be renewed, including the sand beach, seating areas, planting areas and lawn. The procurement comprises one lot.
