Outdoor area planning for the Helen-Keller-Strasse 10 kindergarten

Summary

The City of Essen is procuring landscape design services for the outdoor areas of the inclusive, therapeutic kindergarten at Helen-Keller-Strasse 10. The site covers 4,735 m², including approximately 3,340 m² of outdoor play space shared with the neighbouring kindergarten; the design is to accommodate the future four-group facility. The work is planned in stages under the HOAI: phases 1–4 are firmly commissioned, while phases 5–9 are optional. The estimated gross cost of the outdoor works is €400,000.
