School catering service concession for Pascal Gymnasium

Summary

The City of Münster is seeking a service concession to prepare and deliver school meals and operate the serving kitchen and cafeteria at Pascal Gymnasium. The service is planned for 1 February 2027 to 31 July 2029, with an option to extend by up to two years. The school requires hot meals, including mixed and ovo-lacto-vegetarian menu lines, vegetables or salad and dessert or fruit; operation of the kiosk is optional. The school currently serves an average of about 88 lunches per weekday over approximately 195 school days a year.
