Vacuum-Compatible Hexapods

Summary

Forschungsverbund Berlin e.V. is procuring, in one lot, two vacuum-compatible six-axis hexapod positioners for the Max Born Institute’s soft X-ray ptychography end station: one for high-precision X-ray optic alignment and one for coarse sample positioning. The supply includes one controller per hexapod, control software and accessories, including vacuum-side and air-side cabling; installation, assembly, integration and commissioning are not required. Delivery is to Berlin no later than 28 February 2027.
