Hazardous substances investigation

Summary

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Oldenburg-Bremen is commissioning a hazardous-substances investigation of its 1961 office tower at Huntestraße 11 in Oldenburg, which has approximately 4,200 m² of usable floor area. The work includes a building survey and sampling across the basement, ground floor, floors 1–10, balconies and roof; the estimated quantities include 5 core samples, 60 asbestos/mineral-wool fibre analyses, 60 further asbestos analyses, 12 PCB analyses, 20 PAH analyses and 10 analyses for HBCD and CFCs. Deliverables include a digital hazardous-substances register, annotated floor plans and a demolition, remediation and disposal concept; optional hourly services are also included.
