Security and guarding services for the new accommodation construction site in Delitzsch

Summary

The Staatsbetrieb Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement is procuring security and guarding services for the construction site of five accommodation buildings at the Army NCO School in Delitzsch. The 34-month service covers staffed access control and gatehouse operations, patrols and locking checks across a site of approximately 4.6 hectares with about 1,240 metres of fencing, and technical monitoring using two mobile video surveillance units and a mobile radio alarm system. The work is planned in two phases: 14 months for Phase A and 20 months for Phase B.
