Micro-prober measurement station

Summary

Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences is procuring one manual micro-prober measurement station for bench-top use or with a separate rack, including delivery and installation. The equipment includes a vibration-isolating base, a stereo microscope with at least 10× magnification, a 4K HDMI camera, adjustable LED lighting, a stand and monitor of at least 24 inches, and an air-cushion-supported stage. It must also include a 150 mm vacuum wafer chuck, specified coarse and fine stage movement and chuck rotation, an integrated vacuum pump and air compressor, probe mounting equipment, four universal coaxial probes, two Kelvin probes, adjustable probe hover control and 25 tungsten probe tips with a 7 µm tip radius. Delivery is required by 30 November 2026.
