Firefighting Equipment and Suction Hose Test Bench

Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of a mobile firefighting equipment and suction-hose test bench for the Nuremberg fire service. The system must be capable of testing up to seven fittings or four suction hoses simultaneously and documenting inspections in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and DGUV requirements. It must provide a pump test pressure of at least 16 bar, vacuum testing to 0.9 bar, a 400 V AC supply, IP54 protection and maximum dimensions of 800 × 2,500 × 2,000 mm. The supply includes connections and accessories, software with two-way data exchange with MP Feuer, remote support capability, installation and commissioning, and training for five equipment custodians. The system must already be commercially available and in use at at least three professional fire brigades or continuously staffed fire stations. The bid must include detailed German-language hardware and software descriptions and references for comparable work. Bids must be submitted electronically; alternative bids are not permitted, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price. The bid deadline is 2 November 2026 at 23:59; delivery and performance are scheduled from 13 November 2026 to 30 June 2027.
