Painting and varnishing works

Summary

The contract covers painting and decorating works in the FAO building at Alt-Moabit 59–61 in Berlin. The work includes approximately 1,400 m² of protective covering for floors, windows, doors and built-in fittings; new and renewal coatings on about 1,100 m² of walls and 960 m² of ceilings; painting approximately 150 doors, frames and built-in fittings; and installing around 1,600 m of acrylic sealant joints. Work is scheduled to start on 25 January 2027 and must be completed by 31 March 2027. The contract is not divided into lots, but variant tenders are permitted. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 3 November 2026 at 09:30. The bidder must demonstrate professional competence, capacity and reliability.
