Supply and installation of additional kitchen equipment for the Brenschenschule and Erlenschule canteens

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of additional kitchen equipment and fittings for the school canteens at Brenschenschule and Erlenschule. For Erlenschule, the items include a combi oven, a commercial dishwasher, stainless-steel work and storage surfaces, a refrigerator, serving trolleys, and handwashing and hygiene equipment. For Brenschenschule, the items include a commercial dishwasher, heated food-serving trolleys, a worktable, a refrigerator, dish cabinets and hygiene equipment. For both lots, the contractor must take measurements, transport and install the equipment, connect it to the existing water and drainage services, commission it and instruct staff. The contract also includes moving existing kitchen equipment within the buildings via stairways. Bids may cover one or both lots, but variants and multiple main bids are not permitted. Price is the sole award criterion. The submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 09:30. Delivery and works are scheduled for 11–22 January 2027. The bidder must submit a completed suitability self-declaration, turnover information for the last three financial years, confirmations of comparable experience and staff availability, and the completed price schedule and offer form for each lot bid for.
