Renewal of sanitary and heating systems in the WC core of the University Hospital Münster teaching building

Summary

The tender covers the complete renewal of the sanitary and heating systems in the WC core on basement level E01 of the University Hospital Münster teaching building, following removal of the existing installations. The work includes new potable-water and wastewater pipework and fittings, fire-rated penetrations and insulation, and the supply and installation of toilets, urinals, washbasins and accessories, including equipment for two accessible toilet areas. Two radiators in the sanitary core must also be replaced with new heating panels. Existing corridor radiators must be removed, handed over for preparation by the painter and then reinstalled. The contract also includes testing, flushing and commissioning the systems and handing over as-built and maintenance documentation. Hospital operations must continue, so the work must be coordinated with the contracting authority and is generally limited to 06:00–18:00. The bid must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform by 27 October 2026 at 12:00. It must include the priced bill of quantities and the offer letter; the authority also requests pricing in GAEB .x84 or .d84 format. Price is the sole award criterion, and alternative bids are not permitted.
