Facade renovation at the Breitenbruch training workshop and forester’s house

Summary

The procurement covers the renovation of the facades of the Breitenbruch training workshop and forester’s house in two separate lots. For the workshop, the contractor will prepare and repaint approximately 220 m² of timber facade, treat about 60 m² against blue-stain fungi, and clean and repaint approximately 125 m² of timber eaves and roof elements. For the forester’s house, the work includes treating approximately 145 m² of mineral facade, including removing moss and algae, priming and painting the facade, and applying protection against algae and fungi. It also includes renovating approximately 57 m² of timber facade, 81 m² of timber eaves and roof elements, and 45 m² of the exterior surfaces of windows and doors. The contractor must provide the necessary scaffolding and protect surfaces, and use environmentally friendly materials. Payment will be based on measured areas and the prices quoted; quantities are estimates, and labour, transport and material costs must be included in the prices. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and price is the sole award criterion for each lot. Work is expected to start on 2 November 2026 and must be completed by 18 December 2026; unsuitable weather may extend the deadline to 31 March 2027. The bid, required price schedules and declarations must be submitted in German electronically by the deadline stated in the contract notice.
